• To respond to your enquiries and provide the security services you request.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the website and its content.

3. Legal basis

We process contact-form data on the basis of your request to engage with us (legitimate interest / pre-contract steps). Analytics data is processed only on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time via the cookie banner.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted processors that help us run the site and communicate with you — currently our email provider (Google / Gmail) and Google Analytics — and only as needed to deliver those services.

5. Data retention

Contact submissions are retained only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and meet legal obligations. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' configured retention period.

As a cybersecurity company, protecting data is core to what we do. We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls — to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
